Almost one!

 Well, it's Saturday morning and the rest of the family is lying in so I have some time to post some more pics! It's hard to believe Tessa is almost one year old. This year has been pretty eventful, and very exciting.

As you can see, Tessa is still enjoying her books! And has a newfound interest in shoes...

Her new favourite game is putting things in boxes, bags, hats, whatever she can find!

 As demonstrated in this video!...

 Needless to say, like all kids, Tessa finds big boxes very fun!!

We had our first outing to the pool yesterday, which was a huge success. Tessa had a great time splashing around but I couldn't get any pictures of that as I was alone with her. Here she is very seriously wolfing down her snack.

A Nestlé lady at the store gave her a balloon which has been very entertaining.  I'm just waiting for it to pop and give Tessa the fright of her life!

Watch this under one condition: focus on Tessa's cuteness and ignore my voice!!

Tessa's visit to the zoo

Last week Tessa had her first visit to the zoo! She enjoyed seeing the birds and espcially the colourful fish!

Here she is in her new forward-facing car seat, happy to be able to see out the window at last!

March and April

The last month has been eventful for us, and especially for Tessa! She is changing so fast and mastering new skills :)

Last month we got Tessa a new cot, and here she is enjoying peeking through the bars...

She has also enjoyed making more and more noise!

Photo Shoot

A friend of ours is taking photography classes and Tessa enjoyed posing for her last month...

7 and a half months old.

Wow, time has flown since I last posted. Christmas, New Year and work has kept me busy, and oh yeah, a baby too! We had a wonderful December, with visits from Tessa's grandparents....

Since then, things have been quieter socially, but busier in other ways as I am now working three afternoons a week, and Tessa is getting more and more active! Here are a few of her pics from January and February....
